Light Pad - this is the Cricut brand light pad I have. It’s slim and plugs in via USB. It’s great to use if you’ve traced out your project or are doing multiple of a project and want everything to be uniform.
Notebook - Grid Dot Lined notebooks are great for practicing or creating your own 2023 planner. The paper is smooth and the subtle dots allow you to keep everything square.
Brush Calligraphy Pens - the concept of thick downstrokes and thin upstrokes applies to both modern nib calligraphy and brush lettering/calligraphy. These are great for easily adding color.
